Jason Fox is currently the Vice President, Product for LIFE.com, a joint venture of Time Inc. and Getty Images. The site features the most comprehensive collection of professional photography anywhere and has been called "stunning" and "hands-down the Web’s greatest photo site" by the New York Times.
Before coming to LIFE.com, he was the Senior Product Development Manager for Time Inc. Interactive, the digital division of Time Inc., where he worked on projects for internal clients like Time.com, People.com, RealSimple.com, and MyRecipes.com.
Prior to Time Inc., he served as the Acting Executive Director, of (DKV), a creative services unit of Columbia University. He has also been the senior producer of broadband and interactive product development for News Digital Media, the digital arm of FOX Television. At Thirteen/WNET, the flagship station of PBS, Fox produced companion websites based on PBS programming and educational initiatives. Fox started his career at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, where he worked as a producer and researcher.
His digital products have been featured on all major broadcast networks, cable news channels, and print media; several have won awards.
Fox has also met all the requirements for a New York State Salesperson License, holds a Master of Arts Degree, has taught at three universities, owns a fast growing online watch store, Swiss Watch Boutique LLC, and is an eBay PowerSeller. He has been profiled in Crain’s New York Business (Feb. 2008) and the International Herald Tribune (Nov. 2008). He is also an adjunct faculty member at NYU’s Center for Publishing.
